Chris B.: A note about my site. I don't typically talk about religion or politics, and I welcome everyone from any walk of life. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly, I am inclusive, and I will do my best to have all the facts correct. If I am putting my opinion out there, it is just that. I am not a doctor, so anything I state here is based on my experiences, or the experiences that I have witnessed through colleagues or family. Any ideas, strategies, or helpful hacks are a combination of research, what has worked for me, or what has worked for others. I am diagnosed with ADHD, Generalized Anxiety, OCPD, and cPTSD. I have experience with many other neurodivergencies also! Oh, and I use curse words. I teach Middle School, have 2 kids (also neurodivergent) and have 2 huskies.
